Eric and Özlem are fantastic hosts. Kocadere is a quiet rural village with one mosque and a surrounding farming community. It is best visited with your own transport.
The included breakfast is very good, and the home cooked evening meals available on weekdays are excellent.
Eric is extremely knowledgeable on the local WW1 history, and can advise on itineraries to explore the Gallipoli Peninsula. Rooms are spacious and modern, many with balconies or outdoor areas.
Their lounge is a cosy area with a fireplace, and has many books about the military campaigns nearby.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
We will be back again in 2011.

Gallipoli Houses in one word: Fanatstic! In more words: Warmth, good food, good company, wonderful hosts, close to the battlefields, great rooms. Just superb.

The Gallipoli Houses is a great place to stay. Must be the best on the peninsula. Eric is a great host, made our stay fantastic.
