he name is still Sabrinas Haus, but the hotel has in fact become Mesut’s castle.
It was bought three years ago by a young entrepreneur, Mesut Gümüştaş, who understood that such an impressive location called for an upgrade.
This remote corner of Bozborun where the sea is perfectly limpid can only be reached by boat, making it very exclusive. Small islands can be seen in the distance.
Those who stayed here during Sabrina’s time (and readers of our book) may remember the guest house as a modest place. It has now become a slick, trendy establishment. Dark wood contrasts with turquoise and white in the ultra-luxury rooms. Some of them have a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
The hotel has its own speedboat, moored in front, waiting to take guests out to sea. As befits this fancy hotel, the menu in the restaurant is trendy: carpaccio with parmesan, spicy lobster, good wines.

Birkaç hafta önce 2 gün kaldığımız Sabrinas Haus pek çok yönüyle bizi çok etkiledi. Özellikle müşteriyle çok düzeyli ve kaliteli bir ilişki kuran, işini bilen personel (Asım Bey’i anmadan geçmek olmaz. Karadan ulaşılamadığı için gerçekten izole konumu, yemyeşil bahçesi, özenle döşenmiş kaliteli odalarıyla Sabrinas Haus pahalı sayılabilecek oda fiyatlarını fazlasıyla hakediyor. Müşteri profili de tatil seçiminizde önemliyse özellikle tavsiye ederim. Fazla sessiz bir ortam olduğu ve çevrede yapacak fazlaca aktivite olmadığı için çok uzun süreli kalınabileceğini düşünmüyorum.. (Balayı çiftleri için ideal bir seçim olabilir)
