he sharp modernity and sparse Italian style of this boutique hotel in trendy Kaş may at first strike you as a bit cold, but its elegant style will grow on you. The turquoise waters of the Mediterranean fill the entire view from the balconies, with the tiny Greek island of Meis on the right side of the picture. The modern design extends to the bedrooms, which are simple but classy. Everything has been chosen with care. Nothing is out of place. The pool is refreshing, but too small for serious swimmers. The sea, however, is easily accessible via a steep staircase that takes you directly to the beach. In keeping with its Italian design, the hotel serves the best espresso in Kaş. Excellent pasta dishes and tiramisu are also on the menu.

This is our fourth year in Per-se and everything is surprisingly as perfect as it was 4 years ago. The owners insist on quality, good service, cleanliness and hospitality. Room is spacious with a nice view and provides comfort at its max. Also it is very quiet and charming with its decoration. The price is reasonable and affordable if you look for the comfort and tailored service of a boutique hotel during your stay in Kas. Also the location is quite central, only 10 min. walk from the center. Roof bar is tempting with its breathtaking view and good cocktails. They also serve tiramisu once in a while but you can always ask for it. The only catch is the number of steps you have to climb down and up to and from the sea. Unless you like ice cold sea, I would say do not even bother to go down some 100 steps since there are so many alternatives at the peninsula. You can always take a cab from the hotel to go to the peninsula for a nice day at the beach. The owners are very friendly and you can always count on their advises while trying to decide where to dine or which beach you should choose to go for a swim. Me and my husband will definetely come back for the fifth visit next summer and I am sure we will feel back at home :)
